Signing in
The desk lives under /dxp on your platform host. Your operator gives you the exact URL (for example https://admin.example.com/dxp or https://eonixstream.localhost/dxp in development).
Email and password
- Open the desk sign-in route (
/dxp/author the link your operator published). - Enter the email address your administrator associated with your staff account.
- Complete password verification. If you forgot your password, use the recovery flow your operator enabled (if any).
Staying signed in
Sessions use cookies on the desk origin. Do not mix multiple admin hostnames unless your operator documents how cookies are scoped; otherwise you may appear signed out when switching hosts.
Passkeys (where enabled)
If passkey enrollment is on, you can register a device-bound key after password sign-in for faster, phishing-resistant login later. Follow the desk prompts for Register passkey; you may need a browser or OS that supports WebAuthn.
Sign out
Use the desk Sign out control (location depends on shell layout). On shared machines, always sign out when finished.
Common issues
- 401 / Sign in required — Session expired or cookies blocked. Retry sign-in; check that third-party cookie blockers are not stripping desk cookies on your admin domain.
- 403 after sign-in — Your account is valid but you have no staff grant on the Space or workspace you opened. Ask an Owner to add you under site staff, or switch to a Space you can access (Workspace and Spaces).
