Start
Use Start to get from “first URL” to “I am editing the right Space safely.” The sections below walk through authentication, the workspace switcher, and how Spaces relate to everything in Create.
What you need
- A browser supported by your organisation (current Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge).
- HTTPS in production; local development may use
*.localhostwith internal TLS (see your operator). - An account invited or provisioned on the tenant; self-serve signup depends on how your operator configured the platform.
In this module
- Signing in — Desk auth, sessions, passkeys where enabled.
- Workspace and Spaces — Active Space, registry, and
/dxp/spaces/all. - Billing and plans — Plan picker and trials (where enabled).
- Troubleshooting — 401/403, wrong Space, and “can’t reach desk” style issues.
Mental model: three layers
- Your account (identity) — Who is signed in; which organisations and grants you have.
- Workspace (core / organisation) — Billing, plan, and the pool of Spaces and data for that org.
- Space (site / destination) — One public (or internal) surface: hostname, pages, theme, settings.
Most Create actions are Space-scoped. If the desk “feels empty” or saves the wrong place, check the active Space first.
Where to go next
- New content: Create → Spaces and Pages and editor.
- CRM: Engage → People and CRM.
- Ops visibility: Observe.
