Journeys
Journeys (/dxp/engage/journeys) track how people or companies move through defined stages toward an outcome (purchase, onboarding complete, renewal, etc.).
DXP expectations
Depending on release:
- You may define stages and attach people manually.
- Automation (event-driven transitions) may be partial—confirm with your operator what is live for your tenant.
Operating tips
- Name journeys after the business outcome, not the software feature (“Onboard new merchant” not “Journey 2”).
- Review stuck stages regularly—they usually indicate missing content, broken hand-offs, or unclear entry criteria.
