Concepts

  • Person — An individual record (email, name, tags). May link to member accounts when your Space runs a member portal.
  • Company — A B2B account or household grouping for people.
  • Journey — A defined path (stages, goals) used to track progress; DXP UIs may be read-heavy until automation ships.
  • Exchange — Operational view of “what moved” between you and the customer (orders, bookings, etc., depending on modules).

Permissions

Engage screens honour the same staff grants as Create. If you can sign in but Engage is empty or 403, your role may be Space-limited—ask an Owner to confirm grants.

In this module

  • Observe — signals and webhooks that reflect Engage outcomes.
  • Start — workspace and access troubleshooting.
